The President and Secretary General of Council of Pakistan Newspaper Editors (CPNE) Jamil Ather Qazi and Aamer Mahmood, respectively, have expressed their deep sense of sorrow and grief over the sad demise of M.A. Majeed, veteran journalist and former Editor (Editorial Page) of Dawn. In a condolence message issued here on Friday they said that the profession of journalism in Pakistan had been deprived of a very experienced and professional journalist.-PR
